The Kenya Bureau of Standards and the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board have jointly announced fresh vacancies for accredited assessors and verifiers, opening up new opportunities for qualified professionals across the country.

Minimum requirements for applicants
To qualify for the roles, applicants must meet several strict criteria set by the two agencies.
Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, alongside a professional qualification and at least five years of post-qualification experience in teaching or industry.
In addition, applicants must demonstrate expertise in areas such as assessment, verification or moderation, and must hold accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA).
An understanding of the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF) and national TVET regulations is also mandatory, alongside high levels of professionalism and integrity.
