A majority of Kenyans were captured wearing the shirts in major towns across the country, resulting in online users appreciating that the popular “Kenya Uniform” culture was back.

Here is what Kenyans had to say on Social Media:

Audeeh Ben @BAudiih wrote “That 3D printed t-shirt company must be smiling now, yesterday we had a free fashion show exhibition, same tshirts, same print on different bodies. No marketing budget just the crowd doing the advertising, it’s now official kenyan uniform”

FantaBariidi @MeranSays wrote “Aside from being AI art I think this is really cool. Tunavaa Kenya uniform at Christmas time again. Spirit renewed”

Kones @BCherich wrote “The guy who decided to print the 3D shirts really cashed out this holiday season”

The shirts have been described as a national outfit after making sales countrywide.

While a section of Kenyans wanted to associate the fashion style with “Kienyeji”, a majority defended the new 3D look saying it gave them memories of their childhood.

Enos.eth @elly_crypt wrote “I don’t see anything wrong here let the youngings enjoy their moment in peace. We also had our moments with side pocket trousers”

AJ @Las_de_pique001 wrote “Haha let them be. At their age wengine wetu tulichafua mtaa na 05, na vest za Sean John. Good times those”

With both the young and old donning the new look, 3D printed t-shirts have sparked a lost culture, the Kenya Uniform.
