National Communication Secretariat announces six job vacancies for Kenyan professionals

The National Communication Secretariat (NCS) has announced six employment opportunities for qualified Kenyan professionals seeking careers in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.

The vacancies, advertised in the latest MyGov publication, target candidates at entry, middle-management, and senior leadership levels as the agency seeks to strengthen its workforce.

NCS, a state agency established under the Kenya Information and Communications Act of 1998, serves as the government’s policy advisory body on ICT matters under the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy.

Available positions

The agency is recruiting for the following positions:

  • Director, Communications Technology (1 position)
  • Director, Radio Communication and Multimedia (1 position)
  • Deputy Director, Legal Services (1 position)
  • Assistant Director, Planning (1 position)
  • Senior Communications Technology Officer (1 position)
  • Communications Technology Officer II (1 position)

According to the vacancy notice, successful candidates will be expected to provide technical, administrative, and strategic support in their respective departments.
