Kenya Defence Forces Navy Sailing Team competed with 33 other nations in the 14th edition of the Admiral’s Cup Sailing Regatta held at India Naval Academy in Ezhimala.

The event which took place from 8th to 14th December 2025 tested participants on their abilities to make decisions under pressure while adapting to changing winds.
The Kenyan team represented by Captain Robinson Kiplangat (Officer In Charge), Lieutenant Jackson Ndibo and Second Lieutenant Catherine Mutuku emerged 4th position overall in the silver league.
In the United States, KDF Jumpmasters and the Green Eagles Freefall Team from the Army Special Operations Brigade (ASOB) participated in the 25th Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop (OTD).
The event conducted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, brought together multinational airborne forces in a demonstration of operational excellence, partnership, and service.
The week-long operation focused on joint-force and partner-nation interoperability, airborne standardization and validation, and meaningful community engagement.

Kenyan forces participating in the event were praised for exceptional airborne proficiency, discipline, and professionalism.
The exercise was conducted in two phases, with the first phase involving Jump master training and validation, followed by the second phase, Jump Week.
The activities provided valuable opportunities for professional exchange, skills enhancement, and capacity building among participating forces.
