KAGRC said the available positions include Principal Internal Auditor, Veterinary Officer, Administration Officer, Laboratory Technician, Office Assistant, and Livestock Assistant.

Among the advertised vacancies are:

Interested candidates have been advised to submit their applications through the official KAGRC recruitment portal, via email, or physically at the institution’s offices in Lower Kabete, Nairobi.

Applicants are required to attach academic certificates, professional documents, and other supporting testimonials during the application process.

KAGRC stated that applications should be addressed to the Managing Director and submitted before the deadline on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm.

Push for Stronger Job Applications

Career development experts have encouraged applicants to tailor their CVs to the advertised roles to improve their chances of securing interviews.

Career development associate Simon Ingari noted that many employers now use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter applications before recruiters review them manually.

He advised job seekers to use relevant keywords from job advertisements and customize their resumes based on the specific role being applied for.

More Public Sector Opportunities Emerging

The announcement comes amid an increase in public sector recruitment across various government institutions.

Recently, the Water Resources Authority (WRA) also announced more than 100 vacancies in technical, scientific, administrative, and support departments as state agencies continue expanding service delivery and operational capacity.
