‘Without a vote, you’re powerless’ – Kindiki pushes urgent voter registration drive

Why registration equals political power

Kindiki underscored that voting remains the most direct and effective way for citizens to influence leadership and governance.

“I am asking all eligible Kenyans who have not registered to vote to do so. With a vote, you will have power to choose whoever you wish at the ballot,” he said.

He warned that political opinions without voter registration carry little weight during elections.

“Without a vote, you will just make noise but you will not enjoy any right to vote,” he added.

Residents gather in large numbers to hear DP Kindiki’s call for voter registration ahead of the 2027 elections.

Why the 2027 election matters
