4. Enter Personal Information

- Blood group
- Place of birth
- Physical address
These details are mandatory for processing your Smart DL.
5. Make Payment
Pay the application fee of Ksh 3,050 using:
- M-Pesa
- Debit or credit card

6. Book a Biometrics Appointment
After payment:
- Choose a convenient NTSA service center or Huduma Centre
- Select a date and time for biometric capture
