The authority reaffirmed its commitment to fairness and inclusivity, stating that it is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all qualified candidates to apply.

Strengthening Drought Response

The recruitment drive comes as NDMA continues to expand its capacity to manage drought-related challenges, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance coordination with stakeholders across national and county governments.

The agency plays a central role in early warning systems, disaster preparedness, and supporting vulnerable communities affected by climate variability.

Applicants are encouraged to regularly check NDMA’s official platforms for updates on deadlines and future opportunities.
